Wristband collection details will be announced here by September. If you’ve purchased a wristband, you will also be emailed information about wristband collection location and times closer to Freshers Week.
Yes, you can purchase a ticket or wristband for a friend or family member too. Each ticket comes with a unique barcode that will be scanned upon entry. As long as whoever you’re buying for is using a separate barcode to you, both tickets will be valid. Please note, the ticket DOES NOT need to be in their name.
Yes, bring one to be safe. Most nightclub venues will require you to present a Valid 18+ Government ID such as a Driver’s License or Passport upon entry.
For most events, doors open at 10pm. However, check your ticket for the confirmed time. We advise students to arrive early to avoid lengthy queues and guarantee entry.
We would like our customers to have peace of mind when they purchase from us. Therefore, in the case that freshers events do not take place in September due to nightclubs/bars still remaining closed, we will issue a FULL refund to any ticket or wristband you have purchased.
If you do not meet your grade requirements for University, you can receive a refund on any ticket you’ve purchased from us. You will have to provide proof of this to us, to verify the refund.
